Payment Options
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal. We do not charge your credit card until the day on which the order is placed with the manufacturer. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Please note: Body Heat Stores reserves the right to refuse shipment on any order at any time. Orders cancelled by Body Heat Stores will not result in credit card charges to customers.

Order Cancellation
We look forward to you receiving your exciting new merchandise from Body Heat Stores. Should you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us within five (5) days from your order date. We regret that we are unable to process order cancellations after this five (5) day period.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
If the items are shipped to an address within Arizona, then we are required by law to collect sales tax on the price of the total merchandise including shipping and handling.

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Please contact us directly about international orders. We will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duties on our merchandise imposed by non-U.S. countries. Should such charges be incurred, they will be added to your total charges.

Because many of our items are special ordered from the manufacturer to your exact specifications, they may take 2-4 weeks for delivery.

All orders will be shipped either via U.S. Mail or FedEx Ground. Please note that FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Standard delivery time is 5-7 days.

Returns & Exchanges
Body Heat Stores is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with the tags still attached within ten (10) days for a full refund or exchange using the same credit card used to pay for the merchandise. Items returned beyond fifteen (15) days are accepted at the sole discretion of Body Heat Stores. An email will be sent to you to confirm your return or exchange.

All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

How to Complete a Return:

Should you wish to exchange an item by phone, please call us at (480) 951-2116 or 1-888-951-2116. Your credit card will be charged at the time of the call for the exchanged items. Please follow the return procedure above to return the unwanted items. Upon receipt of these items, we will gladly process a refund for the unwanted items to your original payment method, excluding shipping charges. Free shipping is offered on the first exchange order.

We will send you an email to notify that your return and/or exchange has been processed and the proper account has been credited. On returns, you should expect the credit in your account 10-14 business days after we receive your return.
